April 1998 to March 2002
These publications are collections of messages from the Delivery Co to the IFIP community. The selection contains a very small part of the communications traffic from April 1998 to March 2002. Most messages are accompanied by a joke. The joke part is a deal the Delivery Co. struck on 7 April 1998 which boils down to “Work and Fun Go Together.” Most messages are abridged while the jokes remain as they were sent.
Laxenburg Letters I or The Best of the Delivery Co. (April 1998 – March 2000), was published on 12 April 2001 as pdf document, 46 pages. It also contains two papers, co-authored by the IFIP President and the IFIP Executive Director.
Laxenburg Letters II (April 2000 – March 2002) is published on 8 April 2002 as a pdf document, 30 pages. Along with the jokes this publication contains the First IFIP survey on TC and WG Demographics, the first interview of the Delivery Co. and an article on TC 3. As with last year’s publication, this is a humble initiative, containing messages and jokes that you might enjoy reading on a rainy day.
Enjoy, The Delivery Co. 8 April 2002, Laxenburg
