Before completing the membership application form below you should read the information about different types of membership and the other information on this site.

You then need to obtain a document or documents in PDF format giving the following information about your organisation. The documents must be written in English. If there is more than one document they need to be compressed into a single zip file. Upload the file when prompted by 'Upload information about the organisation applying for membership' below.

The following information is required:
  • The organisation's constitution
  • Financial information (such as a balance sheet) for the most recent year available
  • The names of the principal officers and executive staff
  • The number of members
  • A brief outline of the organisation's history.
Applications that do not contain all this information will not be considered.
